thank you

If I created a pvp only char, it appear in the game as a lv 20 right? if so, how do I choose my second class for this pvp only character. Do I have to talk to a specific NPC who is representing that class and it will give me the second class?

A PvP character starts at level 20 and can only access PvP content. They automatically have access to any weapons/armor/skills you've unlocked on the account. You can change your secondary profession through the skills menu like you do in PvE (though in PvE you need to pass a certain point in a campaign to be able to do it).

Weapons and armor can accept mods. See the following links for possible upgrades:

You are incorrect. You are referring to the Unlock Packs, which are different from the access kit.

Another thing that hasnt been mentioned regarding this Question in your OP.

You can equip only 1 Elite Skill at one point in either PvP or PvE, but in PvP you can use 2 Elite Skills temporartily if you bring a speciffic Skill from the Mesmer line called Arcane Echo and copy the elite skill from a teammate.

In PvE, you can bring up to 3 Sigents of capture from which you can learn a skill from a beaten Boss foe, if you fill all those up with Elites, and have your own Elite and the Mesmer skill Arcane Echo it is possible to have up to 5 Elite Skills on your own Skillbar at once. What happens after you change zones is that you loose the first 3 regular elites (not counting the Echoed one as the skill Arcane Echo is not an elite in itself) on your skillbar from the left.

These skills are not lost, because you have learnt them. You just need to zone to an outpost so that you can equip them again (only one Elite can be manually equipped at once though).

The pvp access kit allows you to access pvp content from all three chapters and the expansion. It does not give you access to the PvE content. Buying the PvE campaign gives you access to both PvE and PvP. You would only be able to create a PvP character with the PvP access kit. If you wish to play PvE, you need the campaigns. The PvP kit will not unlock anything at all other than the PvP arenas. You would start with the basic items and have to unlock all the skills and mods through faction.
